Growing a Managed Service Practice<\/h2>\n

As you learned at Cisco Partner Summit 2023, we have a new support offer that will expand the value partners can bring to their customers. CRN reported<\/a>, \u201cPartner Advanced Support for Providers gives MSPs more choices and higher levels of support so that they can proactively prevent disruptions, speed time to resolution with faster access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC), and to help their customers reach their outcomes faster with guided API support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Through Cisco Partner Advanced Support, we are helping them become \u201csmart-bonded\u201d with Cisco.
