Tell us a little about your journey to working for Zscaler:
I embarked on the challenging endeavor of creating a talent sourcing model that would be effective. Historically, such attempts had not succeeded at Zscaler (and other organizations as well), but thanks to a unified vision and a receptive leadership team, I was able to transform previous failures into the quickest hiring pace Zscaler had ever experienced. I believe my contributions spoke for themselves, and over the past 3 years, I have taken on owning talent sourcing in three organizations (public sector, channels, and direct sales) for 5 countries.
What has been most impactful during your career journey?
I believe that the key takeaway is that I am transforming lives for the long term, and the connections I have built with my clients (hiring managers and candidates) have genuinely had the most significant impact on me.

I love my job. I love helping people and making an impact to the growth of ZS.
Tell us about the importance of connecting to your sense of purpose – what inspires you?
People inspire me. People can be a profound source of inspiration. As a recruiter you just have to ask, and people want to share their journey.

Learning how to be a better teammate.
